Refund & Return Policy – Duaify.com
At Duaify.com, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- The return request is made within 3–7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
- Personal care items (once opened)
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
- Customized or special-order products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at marketing@duaify.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Share images or videos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, we will guide you on the return process.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item
- Approved refunds will be issued via:
- Bank transfer
- Mobile wallet (e.g., Easypaisa/JazzCash)
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
5. Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges only for:
- Defective items
- Incorrect products delivered
- Exchange requests must be made within 3–7 days of delivery
6. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we cover the shipping cost
- For other reasons, the customer bears return shipping charges
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank/payment provider
