  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Share images or videos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will guide you on the return process.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item
  • Approved refunds will be issued via:
    • Bank transfer
    • Mobile wallet (e.g., Easypaisa/JazzCash)
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

5. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges only for:
    • Defective items
    • Incorrect products delivered
  • Exchange requests must be made within 3–7 days of delivery

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we cover the shipping cost
  • For other reasons, the customer bears return shipping charges
